The first time you start it up, the game begins with a nicely done tutorial that walks you through the controls as well as the new elements. It won't take more than a few minutes to get up to speed. I thought the addition of mid-stage character change was cool. But it does break the flow of the game as you make your selection and wait for the game to load.
It would have been better, if Sega can cut down on this delay, because one of the main reasons sonic games is fun is the constant building up of pressure as you get faster and faster with more coins at stake! It's not significantly better than the original, but that's just a testament to how high the bar was set in the first game. There was a slight reduction or janky stutter here and there with the older HTC One M7, but it was pretty much buttery smooth on the Pixel.
The only ad I encountered was the obligatory full-screen Underground ad at start-up, though, so these may just be leftover dormant codes. In addition to Amazon Insight, the game also has Flurry analytics. You just have to change them at some of the special points you'll find in the settings. Also, each character has his or her own special ability, different from everyone else's.
Sonic Dash 2: Sonic Boom's graphics are spectacular. Not only do they embody the franchise's very own colorful aesthetic, but they also include superb character models and settings that are full of detail. Also, they move very fluidly on powerful devices.

CRYPTO BRIEFING
Throughout the levels Red Star Rings can be found only ten can be found on the course per day ; however, players can purchase them as well, or obtain them from Prizes. They are used to buy new playable characters, every fifth upgrade for a character, and can also be used to prolong gameplay and to purchase other incidentals such as Event tickets and storage for upgrades.
There is as well an additional featured called the Boom Boost which can grant extra bonuses. Special Item Boxes can also be collected throughout the courses, providing bonuses during play. Each item automatically activates when collected and expires some time after. The game also includes magical beings called " Sprites " which the player can collect and evolve to improve their run, similar to the Chao in Sonic Chronicles: The Dark Brotherhood. Furthermore, scoring high during the "Score Chaser" Event can increase a player's rank and unlock greater prizes.
One point is earned per meter travelled, and a hundred per enemy destroyed. The game also offers points for achieving combos - actions performed in quick succession, such as destroying enemies or narrowly dodging obstacles. Twenty points are awarded for each action, increased by ten after every fifth combo. The sprites are cute, and I like the boosts they give you I would like to see a button to buyback sold sprites.
I love how you brought in all the heroes and Shadow! The characters have special powers and I really like that. I also like to compare the fact that the old games like Sonic 2 had only Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles, but you brought in them all. This would be a nice addition to the game.
Other than the aforementioned issues, this game has it all. Thanks SEGA! This game is pretty cool, I love it. But there are a few more things that would make this game perfect: Add new characters because after a while of having the good characters like Shadow for example, it gets a little boring having them.
